Our black olive tapenade is made in the north of Spain only with "empeltre" black olives matured on the tree and cured by a totally traditional and natural process.

This version is vegan.


 Ingredients:

Black Olive Pate: Black olives (empeltre olive variety) and salt.

Uses:

  • As a topping on toast, crusty bread, or crudites.
  •  Topping on pasta and even pizza.
  •  As a dressing for  salads (spruce up your salads and entrees)
  • Condiment on boiled potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables
  • Sandwiches fillings
  • As part of an appetizer 
  • In preparing fish dishes.
