Origin: It is produced in Priego de Cordoba by one of the most awarded olive groves in Spain (and in the world).
Varieties: It is a blend of picudo and hojiblanca olive variety, the result of this blend is an extraordinary oil that gets the best of both olive varieties.
Intensity: Medium to intense.
Tasting notes: a luxury oil that combines hints of green almonds and apples from the picudo variety and a peppery finish from hojiblanca variety.
Very good oil for dipping, on toast with tomatoes as a Spanish breakfast, for dressing salads or garnish soups.
Try in winter over steamed cabbage, in spring with asparagus, or in summer with a tomato salad, it is simply delicious.
