O-Med extra virgin olive oil is produced in Granada from picual olive variety. This variety is one of the two with more antioxidants from all the olive varieties from Spain.
Origin: Granada (Andalucia).
Intensity: medium to intense.
Tasting notes; Green notes of cut grass, green almonds, and a tomato plant. In the mouth is sweet at the entrance, slightly bitter and peppery. This is an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil, very well balanced and complex that has won several competitions in different harvests.
We present the product in two different sizes and formats, 500ml bottle and 250ml glass bottle or tin.
Food pairing: Tomato salad, blue fish (tuna tartar, salmon), good also as a dipping oil or on toast as a Spanish breakfast.
