Chorizo is an air-cured sausage made with pork, salt and Spanish paprika. Hand made following a traditional recipe.
Best served in slices along with Manchego cheese and bread and eaten like tapas. It can be added to pasta, rice (paella style), Fabada or lentil soup to add a meaty flavour to your dish that will leave you wanting more.
Cut it into cubes and improve your salads or thinly sliced and used as topping on pizza.
Perfect to whip up something quick to eat or when you have guests coming round or just a perfect snack with a nice glass of wine.
