The olives from this olive grove are collected from late October to mid-November, when they are “en envero” (which means they have not reached full maturity yet)

Olive variety: Picual (red bottle) or Arbequina (pink bottle)
Picual tasting notes: Medium intense oil with notes of olive leaves, freshly cut grass, tomatoes, and green almonds.
Arbequina tasting notes: Fruity notes of apple and green banana, barely bitter and it has a nice peppery finish.
